Before You Ship to Us

Before you use our US postal address and parcel service you must register for an account. After you register we will send you a customer account number which will be good for all future shipments. When you register please let us know how you would like to be contacted when your shipment arrives at Port Huron Parcel Pickup. We can contact you with a text, email, or phone call, your choice.


How to address the package you are shipping to Port Huron Parcel Pickup

When you provide an address to the shipper it should look like this:

C/O Port Huron Parcel (account no.)

510 Pine Street

Port Huron, MI 48060 

When Your Parcel Arrives

When your parcel arrives at our facility we will check it in and then let you know that it is ready for pickup. Please wait until we contact you to come and pick up your package even if you are contacted by the carrier or seller that the package has been delivered.

ID Required

You will need to provide your account number and a picture ID when picking up your package. If you can not pick it up yourself please contact us with the name of the person who will be picking up your package and let them know they will need to provide ID.

Things We Don't Do

We don't except COD's

We don't except dangerous, flammable, or illegal material or any items that require special handling.

Large Items and Pallets

We can except large items that don't require a skid.
